1. What are the City Hall’s hours of operation?

City Hall’s normal business hours are 8:00 am–5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Our offices are closed for all major holidays.

Yes no matter how many you have. You can get it anywhere not just the City.

Utilities

1. What utility services does Fruit Heights provide?

Fruit Heights provides culinary water, sanitary sewer, garbage collection services, and optional green waste recycling.

2. How do I sign up for utility service?

You may call or come into the city offices to sign up for utility service. The following information is needed:

Name you want on the account
Spouse's name, if applicable
Address of the service
Date you want the service started
Are you buying or renting?
Telephone number at the new residence
Social Security Number of both husband and wife

3. How often are utility bills sent?

The majority of the utility bills are mailed out every other month. Businesses, renters, and those residences with electronic water meters are mailed every month.

They are mailed on the first working day of the month, and are due by the 25th of the same month. Late payments are charged a 5 percent late fee on the outstanding amount.

4. When is my water meter read?

Year round, monthly.

5. What day is trash pickup provided?

Robinson Waste will pick up Wenesdays for East of 89 and Tuesdays for West of 89.
